About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of the FICO Platform by helping financial institutions leverage analytics and decision management to optimize consumer lending and retail banking.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to understand urgent decision management challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Architects to formulate and position solution proposals.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, ensuring long-term, profitable client relationships.
  • Partner with Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, specifically structuring complex solutions for large clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry, including Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, or Retail Banking.
  • Understanding of decision management, Machine Learning, AI, and SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to engage with customers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Techno-functional expertise in data science or analytics applications.
  • Experience working with large financial institutions in South East Asia.
  • Knowledge of Fraud detection and orchestration technologies.
