About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Identify and engage prospective clients within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTechs, and other BFSI organizations
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions aligned with their business needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and solution presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, BFSI Sales, FinTech Sales, or Enterprise Sales
- Strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, FinTech, lending, insurance, banking, or enterprise solutions to BFSI clients
- Existing network within the BFSI industry
