Solution Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
• Identify and engage prospective clients within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTechs, and other BFSI organizations
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions aligned with their business needs
• Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and solution presentations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, BFSI Sales, FinTech Sales, or Enterprise Sales
• Strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem
• Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, FinTech, lending, insurance, banking, or enterprise solutions to BFSI clients
• Existing network within the BFSI industry
