About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and growth of the FICO Platform by partnering with Enterprise Partners and educating clients on decisioning and analytics solutions.
  • Build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify urgent decision management problems.
  • Research and shape solution opportunities through collaboration with Partner Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Architects.
  • Work with partners to understand key initiatives in Payments, Consumer Lending, and Retail Banking.
  • Manage sales to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, including Product Development and Professional Services, to communicate the business value of the FICO Platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, specifically structuring complex solutions for large financial services clients.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Retail Banking, or Fraud.
  • Ability to explain high-level technical architecture designs, including deployment and integration technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week.
  • Strong interest in the use of data, Machine Learning, AI, and Optimization within SaaS offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management or working within the Payments industry.
  • Demonstrated success in high-pressure sales environments.
  • Strong soft skills with a passion for educating partners and colleagues.
