About the role

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Diligent’s solutions and specialized products
  • Prospect new leads within existing accounts to drive new opportunities
  • Adopt a solutions-selling approach to understand and meet customer needs
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity to deal close
  • Utilize sales tools to prospect, schedule meetings, and increase win rates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast projected bookings
  • Gather external insights on competitor landscape and industry trends
  • Collaborate with Account teams to qualify opportunities and build pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management and achieving revenue targets in technology or GRC
  • SLED (State, Local, and Education) experience
  • Familiarity with selling through channel distribution processes
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
