About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the Service Collection in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market
- Define and implement a clear vision for your territory, communicating regularly on funnel, account, and territory status
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team
- Collaborate closely with Atlassian partner management and channel partners to drive co-sell and GTM campaigns
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets at technology vendors
- Deep expertise in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Extensive experience engaging with customers and partners within Southeast Asia
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding GTM campaigns and co-selling strategies
- Fluency in English for regional stakeholder engagement and reporting to Australian management
