About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic partnerships with hospitals and universities across Japan by delivering digital healthcare information and education solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital leadership, clinicians, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product retention, adoption, and growth.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and account performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align local customer needs with global strategic priorities.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, financial services, or intangible solutions).
  • Business English proficiency for interacting with global materials and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience selling e-learning or digital solutions.
  • Proven track record in solution-based or intangible sales.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and adaptability in a global environment.
