About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to lead technical consultations, product demonstrations, and POC executions
  • Draft and finalize complex RFP, RFQ, and tender documents
  • Collaborate with Product Management to map SDK/API tools and manage Fixed BOM requirements
  • Spearhead implementation and professional services, including hardware and software integration
  • Create technical marketing assets and support sales enablement
  • Deliver Level 3 technical support and manage infrastructure health and RMAs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consultation, systems integration, or IT advisory
  • Strong capability in commercial writing and RFP/tender management
  • Experience leading technical workshops and executive presentations
  • Ability to manage cross-functional communication between Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment and hardware/software integration
  • Passion for hardware-based cybersecurity
