About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical consultations, product demonstrations, and POC executions
- Draft and finalize complex RFP, RFQ, and tender documents
- Collaborate with Product Management to map SDK/API tools and manage Fixed BOM requirements
- Spearhead implementation and professional services, including hardware and software integration
- Create technical marketing assets and support sales enablement
- Deliver Level 3 technical support and manage infrastructure health and RMAs
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical consultation, systems integration, or IT advisory
- Strong capability in commercial writing and RFP/tender management
- Experience leading technical workshops and executive presentations
- Ability to manage cross-functional communication between Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment and hardware/software integration
- Passion for hardware-based cybersecurity
