Solution Owner EV Fast Charging

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end solution strategy, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for EV Fast Charging and Load Management Systems.
• Lead program execution by managing MVPs, pilot phases, and scaling efforts across various Lines of Business.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features align with customer needs, feasibility, and business value.
• Drive Agile delivery by defining sprint objectives, success criteria, and iterative deliverables.
• Ensure technical interoperability across hardware and backend platforms using industry standards like OCPP and Modbus.
• Oversee smart charging, energy optimization, and load management architecture to ensure grid compliance and uptime.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" to coordinate between Product Squads and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or project development.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Deep knowledge of EV charging ecosystems, microgrids, and depot/in-transit use cases.
• Technical expertise in MV/LV, transformers, EV chargers, and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of load management technologies and protocols, specifically Modbus and OCPP.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex roadmaps to stakeholders.
