Solution Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Bandwidth's solutions to communicate value clearly to target audiences.
• Facilitate competitive intelligence by building battlecards, collateral, and training materials for Revenue teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to execute go-to-market plans for solution and feature launches.
• Create a wide range of assets including presentations, product pitches, sales enablement collateral, and website copy.
• Contribute to core messaging work, including value proposition development and messaging pillars.
• Gather market intelligence through customer meetings and revenue tools to surface product feedback.
• Coordinate and write proposals for RFIs and RFPs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in product or solution marketing.
• Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical info into customer benefits.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Highly organized self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Telecommunications or Communications Software industry.
