Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and suggest sales strategies/product roadmaps in Scandinavia
• Perform product planning and analyze technical demands for the Scandinavian market
• Analyze development trends and competitor strategies in the solar inverter and energy storage market
• Verify technical solutions with customers and optimize solutions for competitive advantage
• Execute technical sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV and Energy Storage Solutions
• Support project bidding by preparing BOM and quotations
• Lead development of competitive LCOE studies for complex project scenarios
• Support Account Managers in articulating business and technical value to decision makers
• Support the local ecosystem including distributors and partners
• Lead customer workshops as a solution expert

Requirements

• At least 4 years of working experience, with 3 years in the solar PV industry
• More than 2 years in Solution or Technical Sales roles
• Proven experience dealing with complex organizations and projects
• Understanding of Communication and IT solutions in solar systems
• Technical background in Electronic, Electrical, or Sustainable Energy Engineering
• Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language
• Ability to use design tools such as PVsyst, PVsol, and AutoCAD

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in the installation of solar systems
