Solution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Blue Yonder Billing platform within Transport Solutions
• Own functional solution design, configuration, and delivery of enhancements and defects
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex platform and operational decisions
• Partner with operations, digital teams, architecture, integration, and vendors
• Drive release, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement practices
• Manage prioritisation, capacity, and delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Support platform stability, usability, and roadmap execution in a 24/7 environment

Requirements

• Tertiary or diploma qualification in Business, IT, or a related field
• Experience in stakeholder management and customer-focused delivery
• Strong functional solutioning and product delivery experience
• Experience owning or contributing to enterprise platforms in complex environments
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, supportable solutions
• Strong communication, judgement, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, or a transport-adjacent industry
• Exposure to systems such as SAP S/4, SAP ECC, Billing YMS, or OCC
• Experience working with financial or billing platforms
• Leadership experience across delivery teams or vendors
