Solution Lead - Cloud & AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture and pursuit strategies for Microsoft Modern Workplace and IT Managed Services
• Collaborate with Product, Managed Services, and Marketing teams to define propositions and campaigns
• Act as a player-coach, leading a small team of Solution Specialists and subject matter experts
• Lead discovery, workshops, demonstrations, and proposal development
• Build and nurture relationships with customer decision-makers including CIOs and CTOs
• Shape Microsoft Modern Workplace and managed service solutions to address customer business objectives

Requirements

• 7–10 years in business development, solution sales, or pre-sales leadership
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• Experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace, cloud productivity, or IT managed services
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing specialist teams
• Knowledge of managed service propositions, service transition, and ITIL-aligned models
