Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Present Vusion solutions and gather client needs in collaboration with regional sales teams
• Lead pre-sales projects to prepare deployments for independent or medium-sized retailers
• Monitor projects using shared tools to ensure deadlines and costs are respected
• Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding technical, integration, and installation queries
• Assist the team in developing technical configurations and upgrade models

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a solution engineer, implementation project manager, or in IT project management (network, infrastructure, etc.)
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Interest in retail, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or IoT
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate teams in an international environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
