Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for invoicing and document management platforms
• Act as a business analyst by gathering needs and documenting processes
• Support the development, testing, release, and maintenance of solutions
• Work with architects, integration engineers, and external suppliers
• Contribute to continuous improvements, change requests, and incident resolution
• Communicate with business stakeholders and Digital & IT teams regarding priorities and risks

Requirements

• Experience in application support, solution engineering, or business analysis
• Ability to analyze issues and coordinate fixes through to resolution
• Understanding of business requirements, testing, and change requests
• Technical understanding of integrations and data flows
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Peppol or e-invoicing standards is an advantage
