Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision, focusing on the AI Data Cloud, to executives and technical contributors
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate value through demos, proof of concepts, and design implementation
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position Snowflake effectively
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and marketing

Requirements

• Outstanding presenting skills and executive presence for technical and business audiences
• Broad experience with data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies (data warehousing, data lakes, lake house architectures)
• Proven ability to demonstrate Generative AI and Machine Learning use cases
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM ecosystems, including RAG and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and data engineering best practices
• Hands-on expertise with Python and SQL
