Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to provide technical consultation during advertiser and partner onboarding
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions using Aarki’s platform
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to stakeholders
• Provide technical account management for advertisers and ecosystem partners
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, data ingestion, and integration issues
• Support integrations with advertiser systems, data partners, and measurement vendors
• Manage deployment of campaign features such as targeting, tracking pixels, and reporting pipelines
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and system metrics
• Create documentation and best practices for technical implementations

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Experience using logs, dashboards, or analytics tools for monitoring and debugging
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AdTech / MarTech platforms or programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Familiarity with attribution, audience targeting, or data onboarding workflows
• Exposure to mobile apps, SDK integrations, or tracking implementations
