About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products and assets to customers
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
- Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects
- Create compelling demos showcasing Amazon and Salesforce platforms
- Create and modify Proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses
- Maintain lead management, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to improve efficiency
- Provide customer feedback to product management to advance AppExchange products
- Drive innovation in Amazon, Salesforce, and AI capabilities
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a consulting role
- Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Keen interest in the AI space
