Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with key customer technical decision-makers and influencers to lead complex technical wins.
• Build and execute strategic sales strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Act as a subject matter expert on competitive landscapes, documenting patterns to drive competitive selling strategies.
• Design and oversee technical demonstrations, including architectural design sessions, proof of concept (POC) sessions, and pilots.
• Partner with the Microsoft ecosystem to scale wins through a "sell-with" environment, promoting partner technical capacity.
• Develop strategic responses to market threats by identifying patterns and delivering feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Mentor the technical community by sharing best practices, architectures, and delivering content at industry events.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Or 7+ years of direct technical pre-sales experience.
• Proven experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure architecture design.
• Strong background in technical consulting and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure architecture, migrations, and technology management.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies such as Azure Architect, Cloud Platform Technologies, or Information Security.
