Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help customers design, implement, and launch technical integrations with Lean's fintech infrastructure and APIs
• Support technical presales and guide implementations from sandbox to production environments
• Troubleshoot integration and API issues independently and escalate complex problems effectively
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to solve problems and ensure smooth delivery
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and tailor guidance to their specific use cases
• Manage multiple workstreams, follow implementation plans, and ensure client launches stay on track

Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role
• Proficiency working with REST APIs and reading technical documentation
• Experience debugging integration issues and guiding clients through technical implementations
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with payments, fintech, or bank integrations
