Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team during sales processes, demos, customer meetings, events, and Proof of Concepts
• Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes
• Help customers optimize product setup and configuration to maximize value
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
• Assist with technical support and configuration-related questions
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations to technical and executive audiences
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
• Stay up to date with developments in mobile security and reverse engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, PreSales, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS
• Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments
• Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development
• Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes
• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within cybersecurity or application security
• Familiarity with ProGuard, DexGuard, or iXGuard
• Experience with reverse engineering and common tooling
• Experience working with enterprise customers in banking, FSI, or fintech
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese or Malay
