Solution Engineer

About the Company

Finto is on a mission to reinvent how enterprises run their finance operations. Backed by Y Combinator, we’re building AI-powered automation for accounts payable to eliminate manual invoice handling, supplier chasing, and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption and long-term expansion
• Redesign critical finance processes by embedding AI to create business value
• Partner with customers to understand ERP environments, data structures, and accounting workflows
• Serve as a bridge between customers and the engineering team to translate feedback into product insights
• Analyze AI performance using evals with a focus on SQL and complex customer data
• Build scalable playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training materials

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or forward deployed engineering with enterprise customers
• Experience driving adoption of complex software, ideally AI or automation platforms
• Familiarity with finance operations, APIs, ERP systems, or accounting workflows is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication skills for training and influencing buyers and IT leaders
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
• Hands-on problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
