Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative information solutions to business problems using digital technologies
• Support IT solutions in the OT, R&T, and Quality domains, focusing on LIMS QA systems
• Act as Technical Application Manager for R&T and OT Applications
• Serve as System Owner for current LIMS QA solutions
• Simplify, automate, and eliminate waste in existing solutions to drive operational efficiency
• Leverage best practice processes and convince stakeholders of value-add technologies

Requirements

• Understanding of information architecture (data, process, and IT)
• Experience with LIMS QA systems (ZhuoMES, GUSLAB/LABSQ, or Unilab)
• Experience with LIMS R&T (Samplemanager or Winlims preferred)
• Knowledge of OT, R&T, and Quality SAAS solutions
• Experience with Eschbach Shiftconnector, Assetwise, or Credit360
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in application management and change management
