Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities and technical implementation for client product integration
• Conduct requirement definition and basic design by hearing client needs
• Propose optimal solutions combining "SmartRead" with surrounding systems
• Collaborate with Product Management teams to develop implementation plans
• Execute development using Waterfall or Agile methodologies in coordination with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end project experience from design to production deployment
• Proficiency in either Java or Python
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Agile development and client collaboration
• Foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience in business process improvement projects (Public, Finance, or Manufacturing sectors)
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with project members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-related systems or improving quality with AI tools
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• English communication skills (written and verbal) for multinational environments
• Experience proposing system implementation plans to clients
• Experience with GitHub
• Experience creating automation tools using ShellScript or Excel VBA
