Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-Level stakeholders.
• Own the technical discovery and qualification process to understand customer business objectives and pain points.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that showcase Lark’s platform capabilities.
• Provide first-line technical responses throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
• Work with customers through the evaluation process to ensure solutions meet technical requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with Lark GTM teams and product teams to share market insights and shape the product roadmap.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture within a SaaS organization.
• Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proven experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market.
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours within the sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with customers in the APAC market, specifically in Vietnam.
• Industry domain knowledge in sectors such as ICT, Retail, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods.
• Experience independently responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on polished, effective resolutions.
