Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements across Vehicle OS, SDS, and Tooling pillars
• Conduct technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work
• Adapt technical depth to suit specific customer needs across different product areas
• Build cross-pillar proposals for engagements spanning multiple product domains
• Collaborate with product and solution specialists to master new product areas
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and maintain clear stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automotive software development or technical customer engagement
• Strong automotive software foundations (E/E architecture, ADAS validation, or autonomy systems)
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Programming proficiency in Python and/or C++
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to learn new technical domains quickly and manage complex technical programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience spanning both Vehicle OS/SDV/IVI and ADAS simulation/tooling
• Prior experience in Solution Engineering, Field Application Engineering, or technical pre-sales
• Background working at an OEM, Tier 1, or automotive technology company
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive)
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, SOTIF, or ASPICE
• Proficiency in German or other European languages
