Solution Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and integrate programs and processes for Acxiom client solutions and applications
• Read and interpret application design and functional specifications to write application code
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on functional requirements
• Estimate programming requirements to deliver solutions on time and within quality standards
• Utilize standard methodologies to maintain solution and data integrity
• Develop and execute unit test cases using an IDE, document results, and correct coding errors
• Respond to client and stakeholder issues, prioritizing by severity
• Balance multiple small projects and contribute to larger projects with minimal guidance
• Maintain subject matter expertise in Acxiom technologies and document best practices

Requirements

• Technical and data processing knowledge to solve moderately complex marketing and data warehousing problems
• Proficiency in a relevant software language and experience using an IDE
• Ability to read and interpret application design and functional specifications
• Experience developing and executing unit tests and correcting application coding errors
• Ability to work with limited assistance and balance multiple projects simultaneously
