Solution Design Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software product lifecycle from conception to availability across different versions.
• Lead development phases and coordinate with DevTeams and functional sponsors.
• Collaborate with commercial advisors to interview clients and identify organizational learning needs and objectives.
• Design customized learning solutions aligned with current regulations in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Develop and present value propositions for designed solutions to clients.
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients to ensure successful project closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Education, EdTech, or a related area.
• 3 to 5 years of experience designing customized talent development strategies for organizations.
• Proven experience in consultative sales or consulting.
• Fluency in Business English (conversational level).
• Proficiency with educational technology tools, including LMS, virtual meeting platforms, and collaborative applications.
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles (andragogy).
