About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Micro SME solutions from ideation to scale and optimization
- Develop product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps/backlogs
- Design end-to-end solution blueprints including customer journeys, business processes, data flows, and high-level system architecture
- Act as a cross-functional bridge between Business, Digital/Tech, Data/Analytics, and Risk & Compliance
- Lead delivery processes using Agile/Product models, including backlog grooming and feature prioritization
- Review and ensure quality of BRD, FSD, UX flows, wireframes, and data models
- Lead and coach BA, Product, and Solution teams in product thinking and customer-centric design
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Products
- 3–5 years minimum in a Product Owner, Product Lead, or Solution Lead role
- Deep understanding of SME lending, CASA, payments, or digital banking
- Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions and build product roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving capabilities
