Solution Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Japan market strategy for the solution consulting team aligned with sales goals and enterprise customer needs.
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact demos, prototypes, and value propositions to engage key stakeholders and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of pre-sales solution consultants to ensure continuous professional growth and skill development.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing new sales blueprints and transforming the pre-sales organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to align pre-sales efforts with product innovation.
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist for modern enterprise and connected planning principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership or equivalent management roles.
• Extensive industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, CPG, or technology.
• Proven leadership experience in proposing large-scale digital transformation initiatives to major customers.
• Native-level Japanese language skills.
• Business-level English language skills.
