Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by understanding medical history, budget, and priorities via WhatsApp and chat
• Research hospital and surgeon databases to match patients with appropriate providers
• Build personalized treatment and cost scenarios for patients
• Coordinate doctor consultations and manage timezone/documentation logistics
• Manage pre-sales communication across chat, email, and calls to build patient trust
• Track qualification rates, conversion metrics, and lead quality

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles with US or international clients
• Experience in luxury or premium service environments
• Ability to quickly learn and understand medical/clinical information
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• High attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
• Flexibility to work across various timezones (US, UK, Australia, Germany)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical tourism or international patient services
• Exposure to healthcare systems or medical procedures
• Fluency in German, Spanish, or Turkish
• Experience explaining medical or financial concepts to skeptical audiences
