About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support for client projects, building capability within the team and fostering continuous improvement.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define proposition and product requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in FNZ Platform functionality to help customers optimize their core platform capabilities.
- Define and advise on Target Operating Models (TOM), including interfaces between platform and customer operations.
- Execute the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration process for new platform implementations.
- Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure solution ownership through to delivery.
- Provide training programs, knowledge transfer services, and consultancy to FNZ clients.
- Offer guidance on regulatory environments to ensure the delivery of compliant platform solutions.
Requirements
- 1st class degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a business analysis or consulting role.
- Superior analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a client-focused, delivery-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, administration, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within the financial services or wealth market.
- Deep knowledge of investment, wealth, life, or pension products and markets.
- Experience in an architecture or technical analysis environment.
- Understanding of the local regulatory environment and upcoming industry changes.
