Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in solution consulting, defining project scope, and designing platform integrations.
• Capture and document customer business outcomes to create requirements, solution designs, and Joint Target Operating Models.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in FNZ platform functionality to help customers define optimal propositions.
• Run the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration process for new platform implementations.
• Provide business transformation support, consultancy services, and customer training programs.
• Deliver advice on platform compliance and the regulatory environment.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and ensure smooth handovers to Analyst and Developer teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or the wealth market.
• Proven experience in a business analysis or consulting role.
• 1st class degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes in a complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an architecture or technical analysis environment.
• Deep knowledge of investment, wealth, life, or pensions products.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment and upcoming changes within the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience establishing environments of continuous improvement and capability development.
