Solution Area Specialists Manager - AI Business Process

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower the sales team to drive AI-powered business process transformation
• Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging AI, Copilot, and agent orchestration
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level decision makers to position Microsoft as a partner for AI transformation
• Champion the Frontier Firm vision by enabling customers to blend human expertise with AI agents
• Drive pipeline discipline, solution plays, and partner co-selling to accelerate AI market share
• Ensure rigorous sales execution, forecasting, and business planning
• Collaborate with partners to scale execution and deliver industry-specific AI solutions
• Oversee business portfolio management to ensure high-volume sales and consumption targets are met

Requirements

• Solid technology-related sales or account management experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or business applications
• Proven track record in leading sales teams through digital and AI transformation
• Deep understanding of AI, Copilot, agentic technologies, and the Frontier Firm model
• Experience in solution or services sales, people management, and partner collaboration
• Fluency in French and English (written and oral) is mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible customer business outcomes
