About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and end-to-end architecture development for a global Energy Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) solution on Azure.
  • Integrate business process, data, application, technical, and information security dimensions into cohesive IT solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for architectural aspects of IT projects, guiding detailed designers and business analysts.
  • Document solution architectures using standard templates and maintain Reference Models in BizzDesign or similar tooling.
  • Monitor emerging IT technologies to design future-ready, scalable, and secure landscapes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive strategic improvements and manage technical trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Trading IT.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with OpenLink Endur v14+.
  • Extensive experience in software and architecture delivery (10+ years).
  • Proficiency with TOGAF or a similar enterprise architecture framework.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Node.js, .Net, .Net Core, or Python.
  • Strong experience in Cloud Native development, specifically within the Azure platform.
  • Proven track record in Data Architecture, including logical data models and medallion architecture.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps practices using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with React and Micro frontend technologies.
  • Expertise in JVS and OpenComponents.
  • Experience with distributed/event-driven architecture using Kafka, Event Hub, or Service Bus.
  • Knowledge of containerization, Microservices, and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Exposure to SAP HANA, Salesforce, or API management tools.
