Solution Architect - Presales

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions
• Analyze customer business needs and evaluate existing systems to design tailored product solutions
• Act as a seasoned professional individual contributor, working independently to solve difficult and complex technical problems
• Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
• Cultivate and develop lasting customer relationships through strong technical acumen and a customer-centric approach
• Influence internal policies, practices, and procedures while coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in a related technical role
• Proven expertise in technical solution design
• Strong customer relationship management skills
