Solution Architect - Pre-Sales

Responsibilities

• Position cybersecurity solutions and services to customers and prospects during meetings.
• Assist Business Development Managers with strategic account planning and technical solution positioning.
• Create high-end technical content for proposals, including drawings, project plans, and technical compliance for RFPs.
• Define the Scope of Work (SOW) for proposed solutions.
• Arrange, manage, and execute Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, including defining success criteria and presenting results.
• Coordinate with vendor presales and internal technology leads to ensure successful technical delivery.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field.
• Relevant vendor and independent security certifications.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, challenges, and strategies.
• Strong technical documentation and report writing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Must be a UAE National.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical and solution knowledge regarding IaaS and SaaS.
• Strong consulting skills covering both technical and commercial aspects of an opportunity.
• Solid business acumen and a sales-focused mindset.
