Solution Architect (OneStream)

Responsibilities

• Support business development and sales by participating in pre-sales meetings and assessing project level-of-effort
• Work with Engagement Management to identify OneStream solutions and determine timelines, resource plans, and fee estimates
• Create and review work plans and draft proposals
• Collaborate with team members to develop high-quality OneStream solutions and lead CPM implementation methodologies
• Configure the OneStream platform to develop sustainable solutions for client executives
• Translate business requirements into specific OneStream functionality and design
• Mentor and educate client personnel and consulting team members
• Develop and deliver OneStream-specific training and engagement materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS
• 10+ years of CPM implementation experience (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive)
• 6+ years of specific OneStream experience
• OneStream Certified Professional – Lead Architect Certification
• Ability to architect OneStream solutions from business requirements
• Deep understanding of core financial statements, reporting dimensionality, and corporate finance processes
• Experience with VB.net, Visual Basic, or C# for business rule writing
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation and playbooks
• Experience leading customer workshops and design sessions
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Machine Learning and Predictive Analysis
• Implementation of Sensible AI Forecasting projects
• Existing relationships within the OneStream ecosystem
