Solution Architect Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects and consultants to drive AI-driven digital transformation for strategic customers.
• Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.
• Apply reference architecture and patterns for solutions including advanced analytics, AI, big data, IoT, and modern applications.
• Advise on cloud security considerations across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
• Ensure secure-by-design principles are followed in all solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership in software architecture, network architecture, and data platform modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or practice development.
• Proven track record of hands-on contributions to AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs leveraging public cloud adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical sales experience.
• Experience managing multiple, complex projects or portfolios.
• Experience leading blended and multidisciplinary teams.
• People management experience, specifically managing technical architect managers or consultant practice managers.
• Technical or Professional Certification in relevant domains such as AI or Azure architecture.
• Project management experience.
