About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer transformation for Global Tier 1 accounts by architecting innovative software and managed services solutions.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing advisor to CXO and IT executives, translating business challenges into technology strategies.
- Lead the solution win strategy by designing differentiated, competitive, and scalable global frameworks.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, SaaS, and modern software platforms.
- Conduct client workshops, solution briefings, and executive presentations to communicate digital transformation visions.
- Collaborate on global account planning to ensure unified solution approaches across different geographies.
- Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks early in the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in presales solution architecture, consultative selling, or transformation advisory.
- Proven experience working with Global Tier 1 or large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Managed Services, and As-a-Service business models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL v4.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) credentials.
- Expertise in workflow automation, intelligent document management, or digital workplace transformation.
