Solution Architect - Managed Services - Global T1

Responsibilities

• Drive customer transformation for Global Tier 1 accounts by architecting innovative software and managed services solutions.
• Serve as a primary customer-facing advisor to CXO and IT executives, translating business challenges into technology strategies.
• Lead the solution win strategy by designing differentiated, competitive, and scalable global frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, SaaS, and modern software platforms.
• Conduct client workshops, solution briefings, and executive presentations to communicate digital transformation visions.
• Collaborate on global account planning to ensure unified solution approaches across different geographies.
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks early in the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in presales solution architecture, consultative selling, or transformation advisory.
• Proven experience working with Global Tier 1 or large-scale enterprise accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of SaaS, Managed Services, and As-a-Service business models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL v4.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) credentials.
• Expertise in workflow automation, intelligent document management, or digital workplace transformation.
