About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer transformation on Global Tier 1 accounts by architecting innovative software and managed print services solutions.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing solution leader, building trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business executives.
- Lead customer transformation conversations, aligning solutions to strategic priorities and measurable success metrics.
- Own the win strategy from a solution perspective, ensuring HP provides the most competitive and differentiated offerings.
- Architect and champion global solutions, designing scalable and repeatable frameworks for international markets.
- Drive solution strategy across cloud, SaaS, and modern software platforms.
- Lead commercial and technical engagements, including client workshops, solution briefings, and executive presentations.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party vendors and solutions to extend HP's portfolio.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in presales solution architecture, consultative selling, or transformation advisory roles.
- Proven experience working with global enterprise or Tier 1 accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of winning competitive deals through superior solution positioning.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Expertise in SaaS, Managed Services, and As-a-Service business models.
Preferred Qualifications
- TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) certification.
- AWS or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- ITIL v4 (Service Management & Transformation) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP).
