Solution Architect - Managed Print Services

Responsibilities

• Drive customer transformation on Global Tier 1 accounts by architecting innovative software and managed print services solutions.
• Serve as a primary customer-facing solution leader, building trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business executives.
• Lead customer transformation conversations, aligning solutions to strategic priorities and measurable success metrics.
• Own the win strategy from a solution perspective, ensuring HP provides the most competitive and differentiated offerings.
• Architect and champion global solutions, designing scalable and repeatable frameworks for international markets.
• Drive solution strategy across cloud, SaaS, and modern software platforms.
• Lead commercial and technical engagements, including client workshops, solution briefings, and executive presentations.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party vendors and solutions to extend HP's portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in presales solution architecture, consultative selling, or transformation advisory roles.
• Proven experience working with global enterprise or Tier 1 accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of winning competitive deals through superior solution positioning.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Expertise in SaaS, Managed Services, and As-a-Service business models.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) certification.
• AWS or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• ITIL v4 (Service Management & Transformation) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP).
