Solution Architect - Managed Print Services

Responsibilities

• Drive customer transformation for Global Tier 1 accounts by architecting innovative software and managed print services solutions
• Serve as a primary customer-facing solution leader, building trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business executives
• Lead customer transformation conversations to align solutions with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes
• Own the win strategy from a solution perspective, ensuring HP provides the most competitive and differentiated offerings
• Architect and champion global, scalable, and repeatable solution frameworks across international markets
• Drive solution strategy excellence across cloud, SaaS, and modern software platforms
• Lead commercial and technical engagements, including client workshops, solution briefings, and executive presentations
• Evaluate and integrate third-party vendors to extend HP's portfolio and deliver best-fit outcomes

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in presales solution architecture, consultative selling, or transformation advisory roles
• Proven experience working with global enterprise or Tier 1 accounts
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrated track record of winning competitive deals through superior solution positioning

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) certification
• AWS or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification
• ITIL v4 (Service Management & Transformation) certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP)
