Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide customer conversations to understand business challenges and propose effective technology solutions
• Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions using various technologies and design patterns
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications in collaboration with clients and analysts
• Develop technical proposals, statements of work, technology strategies, and roadmaps
• Estimate project work efforts and define necessary resources for each project phase
• Partner with technology teams to conceptualize applications and define implementation strategies within budget and timeline constraints
• Write and review high-quality architecture and design documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture, web services, and application design
• Deep experience with at least two of the following: .NET, Java, Go, Node.js, Angular, or React
• Experience with both relational and non-relational database design and modeling
• Expertise in containerized workloads and Kubernetes
• Strong experience with event-based architecture (Kafka preferred)
• Solid experience with cloud delivery (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless cloud solutions
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of designing secure infrastructure and applications
