Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design integration architectures within larger product modules to improve re-usability and standardization.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to development teams, providing insights on customization and integration.
• Research new technologies and build Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations to test suitability.
• Apply analytical skills to dissect customer challenges and envision effective technical implementation pathways.
• Collaborate with DevOps, InfraOps, and SecOps to refine solutions that drive business results and ensure smooth installation cycles.
• Deliver clear technical presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the repository of solution components to drive replication and portfolio improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and API concepts.
• Proficiency with both relational and document-based databases.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry protocols including HL7, FHIR, or DICOM.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with developers and product managers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications in cloud-based solutions (AWS or Azure) or architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Experience with technologies such as .Net, Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Understanding of High Availability (HA), Business Continuity (BC), and Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts.
