Gruve is an innovative software services startup dedicated to transforming enterprises to AI powerhouses. We specialize in cybersecurity, customer experience, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes solutions for multi-tenant environments
• Define technology stacks and blueprints for AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Drive Network DevOps strategy using Ansible, Terraform, and Python for zero-touch provisioning
• Lead customer engagement through design workshops and technical reviews
• Integrate advanced AI applications, networking, and security including service mesh and zero-trust
• Manage GPU and hardware orchestration using NVIDIA GPU Operator and MIG
• Establish CI/CD governance and robust observability architectures using Prometheus and Grafana
• Mentor L2/L3 engineers and provide expert-level escalation support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure engineering, or network DevOps
• Expert-level proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift (RHOS) and Kubernetes
• Experience architecting hybrid-cloud solutions (AWS ROSA, Azure ARO, or GCP)
• Mastery of Ansible, Terraform, and Git-based workflows
• Deep understanding of Linux (RHEL) internals, kernel networking, and storage drivers
• Strong networking knowledge including BGP, VXLAN, and EVPN

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or CKA/CKS certifications
• Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift AI (ROAI)
• Familiarity with LLM deployment and vector database infrastructure
• Experience with MLOps infrastructure such as Kubeflow or MLflow
• Background in Cybersecurity infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, SOC)
• Exposure to DevSecOps tools like Quay and StackRox
