Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Communicate product value and technical details of Furiosa products and SDKs in meetings and external events
• Analyze customer requirements and pain points to design optimal technical solutions
• Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) processes and provide data-driven reports
• Perform performance and accuracy benchmarks and conduct comparative analysis against competitors like GPUs
• Develop AI inference programs using AI applications and the Furiosa SDK
• Provide technical training and create guides for customers during and after product adoption
• Collect customer feedback and communicate with the engineering team for product improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for requirement gathering and coordination
• Logical data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in system development and operation within Linux environments
• Development experience using C, C++, or Rust
• Experience with task automation using scripts
• Understanding and practical experience in LLM serving and inference optimization (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM)
• Experience operating container-based infrastructure such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience in performance benchmark design and accuracy analysis
• Experience in technical sales (Pre-Sales) or B2B technical support
