Solution Architect - Finance & ESG

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for Finance and ESG applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and data governance standards.
• Translate Finance and Sustainability business needs into scalable, maintainable solution designs.
• Take technical ownership of key applications post-go-live, overseeing lifecycle management, upgrades, and performance.
• Serve as the lead architect on Finance and ESG initiatives, providing direction to vendors and internal teams.
• Architect ESG reporting capabilities within OneStream, supporting CSRD-aligned data models and audit readiness.
• Define data models, lineage, and integration patterns using APIs, ETL/ELT, and event-driven technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture specifically within Finance IT.
• Deep understanding of core Finance processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, Treasury, and Consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream (including ESG modules) and multi-ERP environments.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, or SASB.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and modern integration technologies.
• Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and proactive technical ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FIS GetPaid.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT, Finance, and Sustainability departments.
