Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical design of 5G mobile communication cloud equipment and solutions
• Analyze, design, and develop commercially viable technical solutions based on customer specifications
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal team members
• Contribute to proposal creation and design customer-specific adaptations
• Specify hardware and software requirements for orders
• Provide technical support and input to delivery teams
• Manage the resolution of technical problems and participate in risk analysis
• Develop course material as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to build customer competence
• Provide feedback to R&D and contribute to the Solution Architect community within Ericsson

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom, Electronic Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Experience ranging from new graduates up to 10 years of relevant experience
• Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
• Strong analytical, learning, and research skills
• Proven ability to apply technical expertise to meet customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI)
• Experience with network design and switches (Cisco, Extreme, etc.)
• Proficiency with Linux servers and MANO
