Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end solution architectures across software, data, cloud, and AI/ML domains
• Act as a senior technical advisor to client stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps
• Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for engineering and cloud platforms
• Partner with engagement leaders to shape project scope, mitigate technical risks, and identify account growth opportunities
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, including design reviews and performance tuning
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to Elixirr’s internal technology offerings and innovation labs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data architecture, or cloud-native solution design
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-complexity technology systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, and microservices
• Ability to influence and communicate complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with product owners and delivery teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or enterprise modernization programs
• Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, cloud data platforms, or event-driven architectures
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing technical leadership role
• Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
