About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and configure contact center call flows and business system integrations
- Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions for call handling, automation, and analytics
- Provision and configure desk phones and provide implementation best practices
- Lead deployment efforts including call flow design and system configurations
- Troubleshoot issues and identify bugs during deployments
- Analyze and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and performance
- Perform risk analysis and change management for project delivery
- Conduct video conferencing sessions to guide clients through implementation
Requirements
- Experience with Business VoIP Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS)
- Proficiency with cloud communications platforms like Google G-Suite and Office 365
- Knowledge of VoIP CODECs and technologies (SIP, WebRTC, G.711, etc.)
- Understanding of Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, SD-WAN)
- Familiarity with Data Center Technologies and Public/Private Clouds
- Experience implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions
- Expertise in software engineering, system integrations, and database management
- Ability to work US hours
