Solution Architect - DevOps

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end DevOps architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Architect and implement enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Design infrastructure automation frameworks using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Lead container orchestration strategy with Kubernetes, service mesh, and microservices deployment models.
• Establish DevSecOps practices by integrating security, compliance, and governance into the delivery pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define cloud-native reference architectures for AI and data workloads.
• Oversee observability strategy, including logging, metrics, tracing, and incident response.
• Mentor senior DevOps engineers and set automation best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
• Deep expertise in AWS (multi-account architectures, security, and networking).
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Expertise in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Proven track record of designing CI/CD frameworks at an enterprise scale.
• Solid understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
